Growing Shadows is available on Pokémon GO and it’s your chance to get shiny Dark Mewtwo. Pokémon present, bonuses, Dark Raids… Discover all the information to make the most of this new event.
Shadow Pokémon are in the spotlight in this new event available on Pokémon GO in which you can discover a new type of Raid: Shadow Raids.
Pokémon GO Growing Shadows: Event Details
In Rising Shadows, you will be able to take part in numerous Raids to thwart the plans of Team GO Rocket. This time, Dark Raids have appeared and they have some particularities which are as follows:
- Raid Bosses (3 and 5 stars) will boost their attack and defense as the fight progresses.
- It will not be possible to join a Dark Raid via a Remote Raid Pass. You will be able to use a Purified Gem to reduce the Raid Boss’ stats. It can even return to normal if enough gems are used.
- You won’t get Honor Balls at the end of the fight for capturing it like you do in other Raids.
In addition to these Raids, there will be Field Study tasks related to Team Go Rocket And Their members will appear more often at PokéStops and in hot air balloons. So remember to connect during the event to make the most of its massive appearances and the new Raids and especially unlock the final part of the special study “Go, GO!” in which you can collect a Master Ball.
