In this guide, you will find all the missions of the Festival of Lights on Pokémon GO as well as the rewards for its timely study. It’s time to capture Spododo but also shiny Funécire thanks to Saturday’s Community Day!
The Festival of Lights is back on Pokémon GO for a 2022 edition. The opportunity to capture many Fairy-type Pokémon but especially Spododo for the first time.
Pokémon GO: All the information on the Festival of Lights
This new event takes place from Friday, October 14, 2022 at 10 a.m. to Monday, October 17, 2022 at 8 p.m.. So you only have a few days to capture your first Spododo and evolve it into Lampignon. Note that it is not available in shiny version for the moment but that Funécire will be from 2:00 p.m. for the October Community Day !

This mission can be found in the “Today” tab of your quest menu.
Step 1/2
- Catch 25 Pokémon. Reward: 25 Pokéballs
- Hatch 2 eggs. Reward: Spododo encounter
- Make 15 nice throws. Reward: 20 Superballs
- Make 10 great throws. Reward: 10 Hyperballs
- Make 5 spin throws. Reward: 10 Nanana Berries
- Use 10 Berries to help you catch Pokémon. Reward: Dedenne encounter
Final Rewards : 2500 XP and Galar Ponyta encounter
Step 2/2
- Catch 25 Pokémon. Reward: 25 Pokéballs
- Walk 5 km. Reward: 3 Golden Raspberry Berries
- Evolve 3 Pokémon. Reward: Loupiot encounter
- Make 10 Super Spin Throws. Reward: 20 Superballs
- Spin 25 Pokéstops. Reward: 3 Silver Nanana Berries
- Take pictures of 10 different wild Pokémon. Reward: Meet Funécire
Final rewards : 2500XP and a Special Pose for Avatar
