Adventure Week 2022 has just started on Pokémon GO and it’s your chance to capture, for the first time since the mobile game’s existence, the dinosaurs Amagara and Ptyranidur as well as rare fossils like Arkéapti And Carapagos. Be careful though, it is only possible to catch them under certain conditions, detailed further down in this article, and you will need several copies in order to evolve them. Here is everything you need to know about them.
How to get Arkéapti and Carapagos easily?
Of course, you will have to take advantage of the Adventure Week event to be able to capture as many Arkéapti and Carapagos as possible, after that it will probably be too late. Especially since the two dinosaurs are usually regional Pokémon. During this event, several ways are good to capture them.
- Event dates: from Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and will end on Sunday, June 12 at 8:00 p.m.
- Throughout the event: possibility of obtaining them via the 7km eggs
- Throughout the event: possibility to obtain them as field study award
Arkéapti and Carapagos shiny: are they available?
For the very first time since the game’s release, Arkéapti and Carapagos are actually available in chromatic version!
How to evolve Arkéapti into Aéropteryx
Arkéapti’s evolution simply requires candies to obtain an Aéropteryx.
- Capture Arkéapti until you obtain 50 candies (use Nanana Berries or Silver Nanana Berries to harvest even more),
- Click on “evolve” to obtain an Aeropteryx.
How to evolve Carapagos into Megapagos
Carapagos’ evolution simply requires candies to obtain a Megapagos.
- Capture Carapagos until you get 50 candies (use Nanana Berries or Silver Nanana Berries to harvest even more),
- Click on “evolve” to obtain a Megapagos.
