The big annual Pokémon GO Fest event kicked off at 10:00 a.m. this Saturday, June 4, 2022. The opportunity to capture rare creatures, even in the free version, and to take advantage of a special study allowing you to obtain Shaymin (paid). Here are all the Professor Willow missions you will need to complete, the rewards offered and the paths to choose.
Pokémon GO Festival 2022 – Quest Start 1/7
The first mission is common to all players. It is only at the second stage that you will have to choose a route, then at the third stage that you will have to choose a difficulty.
- Send a gift to a friend. Reward: 2 Incense
- Use an Incense. Reward: 22 Pokéballs
- Catch 10 Pokémon. Reward: 2 Nanana Berries
- Final reward: 2 Framby Berries + 2 Poffins + 2022 XP points
Pokémon GO Festival: Choose a course
Once you have completed your first step, you will be able to choose a route from three different ones. Rest assured, the rewards are the same, only the missions change. You must therefore choose the route according to the quests offered (do you prefer to capture as many Pokémon as possible, walk or fight?).
- Combat Course : missions where you have to fight Team GO Rocket, participate in Raids and do the GO Combat League,
- Catch Pokémon Course : missions where you have to capture as many monsters as possible, use objects and make good throws,
- Explore Course : missions where you have to hatch eggs, spin Pokéstops and explore the surroundings (ideal for people who are moving around a lot this weekend).

All routes
- Spin 5 Pokéstops or Gyms. Reward: 22 Pokéballs
- Complete 3 Field Studies tasks. Reward: 2 Raspberry Berries
- Win 3 hearts with your buddy. Reward: 2 Lucky Eggs
- Final Reward: 2022 XP + a Shaymin Earth Form T-shirt + 22 Pokéballs
Choose a difficulty
Now that the second stage is over, the professor asks you to choose between three difficulties. This will only affect the missions offered and not the rewards obtained. It is simply a choice allowing you to enjoy the quests for longer (if you take the Master option) for example.
- Relaxed : the quests are simple, for example “capture 3 Pokémon”
- Standard : quests take slightly longer with for example “capture 10 Pokémon”
- Master : the quests are much longer, with for example “capture 15 Pokémon”

For each of the quests below, we will set the difficulty Relaxed/Standard/Master like this, with slashes to separate them. If there is no color, it is because the quest is common to all difficulties.
Capture Course
- Caught 5/10/15 different species of Pokémon. Reward: 2022 Stardust
- Used 3/5 Berries to help you catch Pokémon. / Win 5000 Stardust. Reward: 22 Pokéballs
- Take a picture of your boyfriend. Reward: 2 Incense
- Final Reward: 2 Nanana Berries + Tic Wild Encounter + 22 Superballs
Exploration Course
- Spin it 5 / 6 / 10 Pokéstops or Gyms. Reward: 2022 Stardust
- Earn 3 hearts with your buddy Pokémon. Reward: 22 Superballs

Combat Course
- Fights 3 minions of Team GO Rocket. / Win against 3 / 9 minions. Reward: 2022 Stardust
- Purifies 1 / 3 / 6 Dark Pokémon. Reward: 22 Superballs
- Uses once / 3 times / a super effective charged attack / Win against a Team GO Rocket Leader. Reward: 2 Hyper Potions
- Final Reward: 2 Raid Passes + Tic Wild Encounter + 22 Reminders

- Won 1000/3000 Stardust / Make 5 super throws in a row. Reward: 22 Pokéballs

Exploration Course

Pokémon GO Festival 2022 – Stage 7/7
This is the final step of the Shaymin Special Research. Regardless of the path chosen, the quests are the same at this step and only the sticker obtained as a reward changes depending on the difficulty chosen.
