How to increase the amount of hearts and stamina

To get these orbs you will have to go to the sanctuaries which you’ll find all over the surface of Hyrule and also on the Celestial Islands found throughout the Sky Kingdom. In this way, for each one that you successfully overcome, you will receive a new orb in exchange, although you can also choose to complete the game’s temples to automatically receive a whole heart as a reward.
However, at some point you may regret your decision and prefer to have more stamina instead of hearts or vice versa. To do this you will have to go to the Watch Fort, specifically to the hidden area at the bottom, where there are shops, characters and a hidden passage where you will find The Statue of the Corrupted Goddess.
When you talk to her, she will ask you to give her a heart container or a stamina container and in exchange she will give you 100 rupees. However, to get it back, whether it is the same one or a different one, you will have to pay 120 rupees, so you could say that it will only cost you 20 rupees to exchange your life for an increase in resistance or vice versa.
