Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, much like its predecessor Breath of the Wild, offers an abundance of materials that players can use in a variety of ways. There are many different fish in particular: we will focus here on the Silencio Trout.

The Silencio Trout is a fairly easy resource to find in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom once you locate its habitat. You can find it in the same location in Hyrule as in Breath of the Wild.

What are Silencio Trouts used for?

Silencio Trouts are fish that can be used as ingredients for cooking. They allow you toincrease discretion to avoid being spotted by enemies or animals. They can be eaten raw or simply grilled to regenerate health, but they will lose their stealth attributes. To take advantage of their bonuses, you will need to cook them in recipes.
