This hard-to-reach shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom will require you to traverse quicksand. Are you up for it?
Where to find the Ila Saqu sanctuary?
To find this shrine, you must go southeast of the Temple of Lightning. There you will find a place called Ruins of Judgment. This is where the Ila Saqu shrine is located, but it is difficult to reach on foot since it is surrounded by quicksand that will become a pain for you. There are several ways to get there easily.
- The first is to teleport to the Lightning Temple and then use Infiltration to land above it. From there, you should be able to glide to the shrine as shown in the video above. However, you will need a good dose of stamina to do so.
- The second will ask you to use Retrospect on the wooden boards that are around the shrine so that one of them brings you as close as possible to it.
- The last option will require you to use the pieces of the ruins that are around the area to reach the shrine. This option remains the least practical and the one that can be the most restrictive.
Another option would be to use a vehicle if you can, but we preferred to offer other alternatives accessible to all.
How to complete it?
This sanctuary being part of those of the Blessing of Rauruyou won’t have to solve any puzzles to get through it. Just collect the beneficial glow and the chest containing a large soneau energy orb.
