Given that Zelda Tears of the Kingdom takes place a few years after the first game on Nintendo Switch, it is full of references to the games of the saga but especially to Breath of the Wild. Whether it’s with outfits from old versions of Link, the weapons of the prodigies or the divine helms, there is something to please all nostalgic people. And even if you haven’t played BotW, these four masks are considerable assets for your adventure so don’t hesitate to go get them when you can.
Note : it is also possible to obtain them directly via Amiibos. Beware of spoilers concerning the story of Breath of the Wild.

If you haven’t played Breath of the Wild, a refresher course is in order. The four divine creatures were created with the aim of helping Zelda and Link, more than 10,000 years before the events of BotW. In the storyline, we understand that Link then remained asleep for 100 years before waking up in a world where Ganon killed the 4 Prodigies (Revali, Mipha, Daruk and Urbosa), taking control of the divine creatures, under Sheikah technology, which belonged to them. His goal will be to free them (by completing the 4 major dungeons of the game) to weaken Ganon and confront him at the end.
