It tells you in the title of the quest and it is also noted in your adventure journal: you must go to the island alone, northeast of the village. If you don’t have a shrine nearby, we recommend picking up the building materials lying around near the small soneau ruin on the beach: With these two turbines and a handlebar attached to a board, you can get to the island all by yourself in a few seconds.

However, you will have to bring it back and this is where the soneaus artifacts that you used on the way there can make the difference. Using the batteries lying around on the island’s sand and the turbines you used for your raft, make an improvised speedboat. and don’t forget to add the rudder so you can control all that. All you have to do now is return to the village with your find: Upon returning, Argose will finally reopen his shop and he will reward you with a valuable Star Fragment.
