This complete set of armor in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom will allow you to better withstand electricity: whether against electric enemies or in stormy areas. Find the video walkthrough above and the written and illustrated version below on how to obtain this outfit.
How to get the insulating outfit?
Insulated suit
In the Central Hyrule region, you can start from Fort Watchtower or from Ten Ziten Shrine which is located just below where you need to go. Once there, head straight towards the Whistling Cave. Inside, first take the opening on the right, then, once at the bottom, go back up on the left to come across a Like.
Further on, you will need to eliminate an electric one and climb the wall behind it to find the altar with the chest.
Insulating helmet
In the Firone region, start from the Utu Xoqi Sanctuary to reach the cave (indicated by a blue rabbit). The challenge here is quite complex if you don’t have the right tools. There are two options to get to the end of the river:
- Use the full outfit allowing you to swim faster with the Zora armor, the Zora Helmet and the Zora Leggings, (be careful to have enough stamina),
- Make you a raft using the planks outside the cave, and let yourself be carried by the current: simply eliminate the vines with a sword.
Once at the very end of the river, you will find an Elusis and the altar containing the chest.
Insulated pants
Now heading to the Horon Baystarting from Lanelle Mountain Tower. Jump into the large hole to find the cave. You will need to swim again and destroy the rocks on the wall at the back of the cave to find the chest. There are bomb flowers on the walls of the cave if you need them.
How to improve the outfit to max level?
As in Zelda Breath of the Wild, you will need to have access to the 4 great fairies if you want to upgrade your equipment to the maximum. To do this, you will need to complete a series of essential side quests which starts at the forest relayafter which they will offer you their services in exchange for components. This is why you should always be careful to save some precious resources.
