Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Lightning Temple: How to complete the Gerudo dungeon?

The Lightning Temple in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom contains a lot more combat than the others and it also has some pretty tricky puzzles. We’ll see here how Unlock 4 Pyramid Seals using Riju’s Sage Skill.

Temple of Lightning: Ground Floor – 1st Seal

  • By observing your surroundings a little, you can find two stones that can be moved from the wall directly to access the very first switch.
  • To activate the mechanisms, Trigger Riju’s technique and shoot an arrow directly at the sculpture which will act as a lightning rod.

Temple of Lightning: Offering Hall – 2nd Seal

  • First of all, start by pushing the stone on your right to amplify the upward current, this will allow you to reach the highest floors in no time.
  • Go to the 4th floor using the current, then go through the gap to access some golems. Destroy them, take the stone block and place it vertically. Finally, glue a mirror on it to let light into the temple.
  • Move the statues so that the light reaches the 1st floor and opens a new door with the first antenna.
  • The room starts with a big fight against golems and a Gibdos root. To destroy it with Riju’s special attack,
  • Once you’ve cleaned up, use a hot air balloon with a mesh plate or find another way to get the mirror up, using the grab + retrospective combo to keep the object in the air for you to catch. Turn on the switch to complete the objective.

Temple of Lightning: Hall of Incandescence – 3rd Seal

  • Return to the halo of light from earlier and take out a mirror sound artifact from your bag at the first statue.
  • Arrange all the statues so that the light points upwards and opens a new room. Be careful, you will have to sweep sand with a fan to clear one of the statues..
  • As the video doesn’t show it at all, you’ll have to pass between the flames with good timing to hope to reach the second pillar without any problems.

Temple of Lightning: Hall of Darkening – 4th Seal

  • We went through -1, the room of hope and continued down the corridor to the very end until we found ourselves under the yellow dot on the floor above. Then launch infiltration to land in a room with two cylinders and a golem.
  • Synchronize both cylinders with retrospect in the same way as in the first sanctuary with this power in the celestial island of the prelude.
  • Remove the two large stones to release the light and open a new test room. Upon entering, progress by wedging stone blocks between the spikes.
  • Go down the shaft and block the rotating walls with a stake at the green switch and reflect the light on it.
  • Go back up infiltration and replace the stone block with a stake to let the light go to the end of the room. You can now reach the last switch.

Boss: Queen Gibdo

She’s waiting for you on the top floor of the pyramid and be careful, the fight is no joke. Once again, you’ll have to burn your stock of arrows. On the boss, but also on his henchmen who invade the arena in the middle of the fight. Only the crowned head has the same weak point as his little friends and you will be able to strike him with the lightning of the Gerudo leader.
