Star Wars Outlaws Gunslinger: Find the Expert and unlock all his skills

In order to upgrade your speeder and Kay Vess’ health, you need to recruit Gunslinger, one of the experts available in Star Wars Outlaws. Here’s where to find her, complete her mission, and her ability challenges.
In Star Wars Outlaws, you play as Kay Vess, a young scoundrel who still has a lot to learn but knows how to surround herself with the best. As a major progression system, you will then have to regularly find Experts in the galaxy in order to unlock new skills. Whether for combat, to improve your speeder or to obtain practical tools, it is essential to find all the Experts and recruit them. Here’s how to do it with The Ace of the Trigger.
The Gunslinger’s Abilities
To unlock new skills, you will not only need to find the Expert in the open world and complete his special quest, but also complete challenges for each ability. As for Sheriff Quint, the Gunslinger, here are the missions to complete for each skill.
Adrenaline Rush Expertise
- Bonus : Improves Adrenaline Rush, increasing the maximum number of targets by 2 and allowing you to tag objects such as explosive barrels. Press R1 during Adrenaline Rush to tag enemies and objects.
- Automatically unlocks after completing the expert mission quest “The Gunslinger”
Vigorous recharge
- Bonus : Provides a small amount of adrenaline when perfect cooling is achieved. Requires perfect cooling.
- Challenge 1 : Pick 3 locks perfectly
- Challenge 2 : Eliminate 12 enemies with the blaster’s explosive module
Speeder Shooting
- Bonus : Adrenaline Rush can now be used more effectively from the speeder, allowing nearby enemy speeders to be automatically targeted while traveling. Press R1 during Adrenaline Rush to target enemies.
- Challenge 1 : Win 3 speeder races (open world event, keep an ear out as some NPCs will offer you races from time to time)
- Challenge 2 : Hit 5 enemy pilots with a headshot
Resistance
- Bonus : increases Kay’s maximum health
- Challenge 1 : Eliminate 10 Imperial Forces representatives with a wanted level of 3 or higher.
- Challenge 2 : Kill 5 enemies in a row while you only have 1 health point left.
Quantity
- Bonus : Allows Kay to mark 1 additional target during Adrenaline Rush. Press R1 during Adrenaline Rush to mark enemies.
- Challenge 1 : Defeat 4 enemies during an adrenaline rush
- Challenge 2 : Perform 15 headshots
Quality
- Bonus : Allows Kay to tag tougher enemies twice during Adrenaline Rush, resulting in an instant kill instead of a stun effect.
- Challenge 1 : Eliminate 3 Death Troopers in a row
- Challenge 2 : Defeat 6 enemies in a single adrenaline rush
Where to find Sheriff Quint, the Gunslinger?
You must complete the main mission “New Towers”, then follow the expert (information) side mission “The Gunslinger” on Tatooine.
- In the Mos Eisley Cantina, speak to the bartender to receive the necessary information,
- Still inside, talk to old Shepp who knows all the gunslingers but who will tell you that they are all dead… except Quint!
- You must then go to a Hutt warehouse, northwest of the landing zone,
- Search the outer building to the south to find a datapad and read it,
- This will tell you the location of the sheriff who will ask for your help in confronting the Hutts.
