Pokémon GO Furious Battle: Monkey Wrath, Battle Week… Everything you need to know about the event

Battle Week is back on Pokémon GO with the “Furious Battles” event featuring Ferosing and its evolutions, namely Colossing and Courrsing. The latter will not hesitate to take part in the various battles against the many creatures that will be present.
Since September 2023, creatures from the Paldea region have started appearing on Niantic’s mobile game. Today, it is the evolution of Colossinge that comes to support its peers in the Furious Battles event on Pokémon GO.
Pokémon GO Furious Battles: When is it and what bonuses are there?
In “Furious Battles,” Fighting-type Pokémon will be battling powerful opponents during GO Battle Week. They will appear in the wild, in raids, and as Field Research Phase rewards. All of this will be accompanied by Collection Challenges and a paid one-time research. In addition, Courrousinge will be obtainable for the first time in the game.
Some bonuses will also be present during the event taking place from Friday, January 19, 2024 at 10 a.m. to Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 8 p.m.. Here they are:
- Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in hot air balloons.
- Wild Judokrak and Karaclée will appear during the event, wherever you are.
- ×4 Stardust as a reward for every win. (This does not include end-of-series rewards and does not stack with the ×4 Stardust bonus from January.)
- The maximum number of sets you can play per day will increase from 5 to 10, for a total of 50 fights, from 00:00 to 23:59.
- A free Combat-themed One-Time Study will be available. Rewards include the Chammal Style Hat.
Pokémon GO Courrousinge: How to evolve Colossinge?
Since this is the first time that Courrousinge is available in Pokémon GO, you might want to get one. To do so, you will need to Obtain a Colossinge beforehand by evolving a Ferosinge using 50 candies. If you’re lucky, you might even be able to obtain Colossinge directly through raids. Then, we will have to put your Colossinge as a buddy. Finally, it is necessary Defeat 30 Ghost or Psychic-Type Pokémon while the latter is your partner before using 100 Candies.
Note : It is not imperative that Colossinge does the KOs
