This April 1, 2024 only, you can participate in a very limited event called “A Great Opportunity” on Pokémon GO. Encounters with Spinda under multiple patterns, ball throwing bonuses and timely research, here’s everything you need to know.
There are many quests waiting for you in Pokémon GO. They allow you to obtain more or less rare rewards and sometimes, they are really very limited in time like the one we are going to talk about today for April 1, 2024.
A great opportunity: an exclusive event for April 1st
This Monday, April 1, 2024 only, from midnight to 11:59 p.m., you can participate in a very limited event with the following specificities:
- Bonus : A Nice throw or better counts as an Excellent throw (great for completing your current quests that require making an Excellent throw or several in a row),
- Spinda : you will be able to complete your Spinda collection as the event’s special field studies will grant you encounters with him and several of his motifs,
- A one-off study : The goal is to catch Pokémon. Complete this Research to earn Stardust, Poké Balls, Super Balls, Hyper Balls, and three Golden Raspberry Berries!
To access this one-off study, you must log in during the event.

The one-off study “A Great Opportunity” is split into 2 different stages, each with three missions and a final reward.
Step 1/2
- Make 15 nice throws : x10 Pokéballs
- Perform 10 super throws : x10 SuperBalls
- Make 5 excellent throws : x10 HyperBalls
- Rewards for completing the stage : 1000 Stardust
Step 2/2
- Make 25 nice throws in a row : x15 PokéBalls
- Make 25 super throws in a row : x15 SuperBalls
- Make 25 excellent throws in a row : x15 HyperBalls
- Rewards for completing the stage : 5000 Stardust and 3 Golden Raspberry Berries
