Linked to the Zelda TotK storyline, memories are to be viewed by finding the dragon tears hidden on the immense geoglyphs that cover the surface of the kingdom map. Here is the complete list, with the way to unlock the few that you are missing.

Most of the memories in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom are to be discovered through the main quest which will put you on the trail of the famous dragon tears in Impa and the Geoglyphs. But some of them are also linked to key moments in the story, and can only be unlocked by naturally advancing in the story. Here is the complete list of all memories and how to unlock them.

Why unlock all memories?

As in Zelda Breath of the Wild, memories mainly serve the game’s storyline: By revealing them, you will learn a lot more about what is happening on Zelda’s side and over the course of the dragon tears, you will end up putting all the pieces together and understanding all the ins and outs of the scenario. In addition, if things happen like on BotW, Having viewed all the dragon tears and therefore by extension all the memories, allows you to access the “true ending” of the game.
