An Assassin’s Creed Mirage trophy is giving some players headaches, but there’s a trick to getting it

Fans of Assassin’s Creed Assassin’s Creed Mirage have been carrying out assassinations throughout history for over a decade, from Ancient Egypt to the present day. You could say that they should have no problem executing any type of assignment no matter the conditions. However, one Assassin’s Creed Mirage trophy/achievement is giving some players a headache.

The trophy/achievement in question is called A Leaf Among the Crowd and its requirement, as we’ve said, shouldn’t be a problem for an experienced assassin: “Kill 10 guards while blending into the crowd.” However, some players have encountered difficulties because it can be difficult to find groups of 3 people (or more) near a guard. It’s not impossible, but it requires a lot of patience and sometimes it doesn’t work.

Most guides recommend the Grand Bazaar to carry out kills, whistle to attract guards, and use benches to pass the time and reset groups of people. You can even cheat the game: you can use a couple of people and wait for a third to pass by to activate the camouflage. Still, there is a much easier way to do it.

The trick is to use Basim’s controversial ability. We must find a group of people with a guard within range and execute it while we are camouflaged. Death counts towards the counter, even if there are several, as the game interprets that we are still camouflaged. In fact, we can see the white aura while we perform the attack. I can attest that it works!
