The Community Day of this month of July 2024 invites you to (re)discover Anchwatt at the heart of three hours of intensive meetings. Indeed, it will be featured this Sunday July 21 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Niantic’s game, Pokémon GO. To help you out, we’re taking a look back at this little creature in this Community Day guide.
Anchwatt Pokémon GO: Community Day Bonus
For a few years now, players of the mobile game have been entitled to a special day each month highlighting a particular Pokémon for a few hours. Seen like that, it’s not necessarily incredible, but there are also interesting bonuses like the increase in the meeting of chromatic forms, or even the time of Incense and Lures which is tripled.
Bonuses activated during Community Day
Here is the list of bonuses that will be active on July 21 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.:
- Hatching distance divided by 4,
- Pokémon Catch Candy x2.
- Lure Modules and Incense (except Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
- 2x increased chance for Trainers level 31 and above to receive XL Candy when catching Pokémon.
- Take some shots during Community Day to get a surprise!
Here is the list of bonuses that will be active on July 21 from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.:
- Trades made during the event will require 50% less Stardust.
- An additional Special Exchange can be made for a maximum of two per day.
In addition, you will be able to take advantage of 4-star raids highlighting Lamprey from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. By defeating them, you will unlock Anchwatt spawns around the Arena where the raid took place for 30 minutes.

How to evolve Anchwatt in Pokémon GO?
To evolve Anchwatt, you need candy and a Unys Stone.
- From Anchwatt to Lampéroie: 25 candies
- From Lamperoie to Ohmassacre: 100 candies + Unys Stone
- Number of Anchwatt to catch (excluding x2 Community Day bonus): 42 (21 with Nanana berries)
Note: A free one-time study will allow you to obtain 4 Unys Stones on the day.
Ohmassacre’s exclusive attack at Community Day
The special feature of this event is that you can obtain an exclusive attack by evolving the featured Pokémon into its final stage. As for Ohmassacre, it will be able to learn the instant attack Change Lightning from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Anchwatt shiny and its evolutions
Anchwatt is available for the first time in chromatic.
