How to get the blizzard outfit?
Blizzard pants
The first part of the equipment is located in a cave at the end of the source of the Hebrato the right of Mount Hedron and the Sahilo Ua sanctuary. The best thing to do is to start from the Tour du Col de Térel, equip yourself with cold-proof clothing, and head west.
Once inside the cave, climb on the large blocks of ice to locate an opening in the opposite wall: this is where the chest containing the Blizzard Pants is located. It can generate an icy attack if exposed to a very cold environment.
Blizzard dress
The second part is still in the Hebra region, in a cave located to the right of the Gazette des Bois and the Olom Uaqa sanctuary. A camp just in front of you will indicate the entrance. Go into the cave to face two enemies then continue to the right to find roots to ignite with a fire flower for example. The chest containing the Blizzard dress which grants the same effect as the pants.
Blizzard Headdress
The last room is in a cave at the top of Lake Géronetstill in the Hebra region, next to the Lands of the Songnet. You can go there from the Tower of the Col du Téret, then go north. The entrance is guarded by an enemy. Once inside, throw yourself into the void and open your parasail to use the upward air current. Then use arrows to break the different stalagmites and open passages. The one at the very top leads you to a Crystal of Elusis, the one a little further down to the chest containing the Blizzard Cap.
How to improve the outfit to max level?
As in Zelda Breath of the Wild, you will need to have access to the 4 great fairies if you want to upgrade your equipment to the maximum. To do this, you will need to complete a series of essential side quests which starts at the forest relayafter which they will offer you their services in exchange for components.
