In early October, Intel introduced the Intel Core Ultra 200 Seriesthe new generation of processors for desktop PCs that we had the opportunity to analyze at HardZone. The company’s future plans involve expanding this range at the beginning of the year, plans that have just been confirmed with the latest leak.
The latest leak related to the new processor models that will hit the market within the Intel Core Ultra 200 range, are focused on the entry range, so users are not looking for the most powerful processor on the market.
The information on the new Intel T processors comes from the well-known X (Twitter) user momomo_us and shows the 7 new models that will be added to the 5 that we can already find on the market: Core Ultra 5 245K, Core Ultra 5 245KF, Core Ultra 7 265K, Core Ultra 7 265KF and Core Ultra 9 285K.

In case anyone had any doubts that the Arrow Lake S are focused on prioritizing consumption over performance, this latest leak only confirms it.
Intel is not happy with performance
One of Intel’s top officials stated a few days ago in an interview that they are not happy with the gaming performance offered by the new Arrow Lake S, especially after the launch of the new Ryzen 7 9800X3Dand they are already working to improve it in the form of patches that will be released between the end of November and the beginning of December.
The most powerful model of Intel’s new range of processors, the Core Ultra 9 285K offers excellent power consumption, however, it offers worse performance than the Intel Core i9-14900.
Compared to the new Ryzen 7 9800X3D, it has 40% less performance, so, once again, Intel has disappointed users who continue to trust the company and who believed that the scandal of the two previous generations was going to end. remain an anecdote.
What is clear is that a lot has to change at Intel for the company to recover the prestige that has always accompanied it and, as I have said in other articles, this involves the departure of Pat Gelsinger as the company’s head.
