What’s new on Disney+ in September 2024? The platform has confirmed its first releases with the launch of a very big series awaited by Marvel fans.
The biggest Disney+ release of August 2024 is coming soon. In a few days, the cast ofOnly Murders in the Building is back for a season 4. The plot will revolve around the murder of Sazz Pataki, the stunt double of Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin). The first episode will arrive on August 27, 2024, while the other nine will arrive between September and October. Disney+ releases confirmed for September 2024
If you more or less enjoyed the Star Wars series The Acolyte, we regret to inform you that there will be no sequel. Between the very negative reviews, and probably equally disappointing viewing figures, Disney+ has cut it short. It may be sad, but the platform has already warned that it would not be sentimental if the reception was not strong enough. Disney+ subscribers are therefore losing a Star Wars series, but a new one will be available very soon, and it could interest adults as much as children.
LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy was created as part of the 25th anniversary of the partnership between LEGO and Lucasfilm. In this series, good guys become bad guys, bad guys become heroes, and a young shepherd is tasked with restoring balance after a powerful Jedi relic disrupts the galaxy. It will be available to watch starting September 13, 2024 on Disney+.
In these first Disney+ releases of September 2024, there is also a highly anticipated Marvel series that will finally find its way to the service: Agatha All Along. The show centers on the villain of WandaVision who is still played by Kathryn Hahn. “Now stripped of all power, the infamous Agatha Harkness is a shadow of her former self.
