This January’s Community Day Classic invites you to rediscover Embrylex, the Stoneskin Pokémon. at the heart of three hours of intensive meetings. Indeed, it will be featured this Saturday, January 21 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Niantic’s game, Pokémon GO. Community Day Classic Pokémon GO: Embrylex
For a few years now, players of the mobile game have been entitled to a special day each month highlighting a particular Pokémon for a few hours. Seen like that, it’s not necessarily incredible, but there are also interesting bonuses like the increase in the meeting of chromatic forms, or even the time of Incense and Lures which is tripled.

Tips to make the most of the event with Embrylex
Since this event only lasts a few hours, you need to be well prepared and to help you, we offer you some tips to fully enjoy and optimize your meetings.
First of all, it will be necessary take into account your environmentbecause depending on where you are, it will not be possible to maximize the meeting potential, but you can still take advantage of certain tips.
- Maximum optimization of encounters : using a Lure module and an Incense at the same time,
- Minimal Dating Optimization: using a Lure module or Incense.
Of course, even if you move around in real life you will also find some, but incense and lures will guarantee you Pokémon quite often. Be careful though, Embrylex is not 100% guaranteed to drop on every creature that spawns. However, it does have a high chance of appearing.

How to evolve Embrylex (Larvitar) in Pokémon GO?
To evolve Embrylex, you simply need candy. You don’t need any additional items.
- From Embrylex to Ymphect: 25 candies
- From Ymphect to Tyranocif: 100 candies
- Number of Embrylex to catch (excluding x2 Community Day bonus): 42 (21 with Nanana berries)
The exclusive Tyranitar attack at Community Day
The special feature of this event is that you can get an exclusive attack by evolving the featured Pokémon into its final stage. As for Tyranitar, it will be able to learn Anti-Air from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Embrylex shiny and its evolutions
To finish this guide and allow you to have what you need, we will return to the shiny version of this family of Pokémon. Unlike the classic version, the chromatic form has a darker green color in addition to having the pink venter. So remember to check Embrylex’s color when you start an encounter. Also, don’t forget the small icon that will be at the level of the Pokémon’s information bar also allowing you to check if the creature is shiny or not.
