Thanks to the Halloween event on Pokémon GO, you can catch a Shiny Pitrouille and a shiny costumed Vulpix for the first time! Here are all the bonuses and important information for this 2022 edition, part two.

A new event has just started on Pokémon GO: the second part of Halloween 2022! The opportunity to capture new shiny Pokémon, beat Mega-Branette and collect as much candy as possible.

Halloween 2022 Part 2: Dates and Bonuses

The Halloween event is taking place in two parts. The second part has just started, this Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 10 a.m. and will last until Thursday, November 1, 2022 at 10 a.m.

  • This second part keeps the same bonuses as Part 1 but adds 6 Costumed Pokémon : Grodrive, Gengar, Piplup, Pikachu, Pumpkin and Vulpix. Note that Pumpkin is available in shiny for the first time.
  • Mega-Branette is in the Mega-Raid,
  • Rhi’s special study is still available but it is possible to buy two more tickets (one at €1 and one at €5) for additional studies,
  • Shiny Galarian Tutafeh is available for the first time,
  • Halloween decorations have invaded the game and the music of Lavenderville is playing: turn up the volume!
  • Pokémon Catch Candy x2.
  • Pokémon Hatch Candy x2.
  • Pokémon Transfer Candy ×2.
  • Trainers level 31 or higher will definitely receive an XL Candy when walking with their Buddy.
  • If you catch a Giratina between Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., it will know the featured attack Revenant.

Shiny Pumpkin and Shiny Banshitrouye

  • Shiny (and costumed!) Pumpkin has been available since the beginning of Halloween Part 2.
  • Available in the wild

Shiny Galar Tutafeh and Shiny Tutétékri

  • Completing Rhi’s special study,
  • By completing field studies,
  • By fighting him in 1-star Raids
  • In the 7km eggs
  • Evolve Shiny Galarian Tutafeh to obtain Shiny Tutétékri (50 Candy required + win 10 Raids by putting it as a Buddy Pokémon)

Shiny Sonistrelle and its evolution Shiny Bruyverne

  • In 7km eggs only
  • Evolve Shiny Sonistrelle to obtain a Shiny Bruyverne (400 candies required)

Mega-Branette

  • Available for a limited time in the event’s Mega Raids
