The great forest of Hyrule can give you a hard time in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom because of the fog that does not allow you to go where you want. This problem, you will also encounter it if you want to go to Lake Sariya but rest assured, we will explain how to access it.
Lake Sariya Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: how to get there?
Looking at your map you will find Lake Sariya in the southwest of the great forest of Hyrule and as you might expect, it won’t be possible to go there directly by rushing in a straight line. Well, you can try, but you risk getting lost.
To get to Lake Sariya, you must first teleport you to Nin Zixi Shrine which is located in the southern part of the forest. If you need help finding or completing it, feel free to check out this guide. Next, you need to Spotting Champis silencio, easily recognizable by the luminous glow they produce. Once this is done, head towards the tree where they are without picking them up. Leaving them is very important so that you can have a visual cue throughout your journey, because yes, you will have to follow the silent mushrooms to Lake Sariya.
- Move towards the first tree in front of you.
- Head towards the tree further to your right.
- Turn the camera to see another tree quite close to your left.
- There are two more trees to your right so follow the silencio mushrooms which are quite visible here.
- This is where it gets tricky, because the next tree is a little far to your left.
- Once at this one, you will have to go around it slightly to the right then rush towards the next one which is in front.
- Follow the mushrooms until you reach the lake in a straight line.

Now that you’ve reached the lake, it’s not over yet. You’ll have to go to the islet in the middle to collect your reward while being careful of the fog. The easiest way to get there is to go through the pontoon then swim in a straight line. You will arrive on dry land where you are waiting a chest in the hollow of the tree.
