Black Myth Wukong doesn’t hold your hand with its quests, you’ll have to search, experiment, or go read an online guide to solve them. Where to find Loong scales?
The first step is to beat the boss Chapter 2 Rat Duo: The Second Prince of the Rippling Sand and His Father. The father will then flee into a nearby cave. By following him, you will be treated to a cutscene during which he invokes the first prince of the undulating sandbefore being devoured.

Once you have Loong’s Scales, you can go hunt down the 4 bosses of this quest. Plan on having consumables to cure the condition of Shock.
Chapter 1: Red Loong
Return to the first forest of Chapter 1, the one you explored in Cicada form. Your destination is the Wolf Forest, at the altar of Outside the Forest. Approach the large waterfall on the left of the area, a voice will echo in the area as you approach. You can then interact with it, which will open a passage to the boss. Chapter 2: Black Loong

Chapter 4: Yellow Loong

Once on the other side, look for the altar of the Fallen Loong Relief. You will hear words again. As you approach the gazebo, the fight will begin with Yellow Loong. It seems that you have to have defeated the other 3 bosses for him to be present. Be aware that he is much more difficult than the other bosses. He is probably the most difficult boss encountered so far. The only comparable boss is the Yin Tiger.
