One of the reasons why many users buy a gaming laptop instead of a desktop PC is not because of the mobility it offers but because of the space it takes up. While it is true that we can find compact boxes on the market, these are still larger than one would expect.
If you are looking for a small PC and a laptop is not a solution, you should take a look at the new proposal that Minisforum has just presented with the 790S7, a compact mini PC that fits on practically any table and that is not only used to work with applications office automation, since it includes a dedicated NVIDIA graphics card.
