According to the document, Prime Minister Spajic is one of the original investor into Terraform Labs, just days before the project was registered in Singapore on April 23, 2018.
According to a report by Montenegrin media outlet Vijesti, Prime Minister Milojko Spajic, who took office in October 2023, purchased 750,000 Terra tokens (LUNA) by investing 75,000 USD in April 2018.
The report was disclosed in a court document filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Before the court documents were made public, the Prime Minister of Montenegro stated that he had never personally invested in this cryptocurrency project.
