Two PCs for less than 1000 euros: the Acer Aspire 5 and the Acer Swift Go 16

1000 euros is always a symbolic bar when you decide to buy a laptop PC. No surprise then that Acer is offering two great references under this fateful price during Black Friday.

The first PC is theAcer Aspire 5, at 839.05 euros until the end of November. For this price, the brand offers a very balanced PC: it has a 15.6-inch Full HD definition screen, a powerful processor and 1 TB of SSD storage. A very classic configuration therefore, but which is perfect for a semi-nomadic device (1.78 kg) and for office tasks.

We appreciate the presence of the RTX 2050 graphics card, certainly no longer very young, but capable of running older games properly or accelerating creative applications.

The other PC for less than 1000 euros is the Acer Swift Go 16, available at 934.05 euros. Here, no more Nvidia graphics card, but a 16-inch OLED screen instead. This type of panel, especially at this price, is still quite rare on the market. An OLED panel guarantees perfect blacks and flattering colors.

For the rest, Acer has played it safe: 13th generation Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of SSD storage and an integrated Intel Iris X graphics card. Understand: a perfect PC for office or media use.

At more than 1000 euros: more space and more performance

For a little over 1000 euros, there is the Acer Aspire 17, at 1029.05 euros. For this price, you are getting a laptop with recent components. There is a 15th generation Intel Core 7 processor, 32 GB of RAM to ensure that the PC never lags and finally a small graphics card (GeForce RTX 2050) to give a boost to video editing applications. The price of comfort, so to speak.

Finally, if you are looking for a good gaming PC, the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 loses more than 800 euros during Black Friday. Its price thus increases from 2799 to 1859.05 euros. For this price, Acer has integrated the largest components of the moment: 14th generation Intel Core i9, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, 2 TB of SSD storage and above all a large GeForce RTX 4070.

Good news if you want to see what the PC has in store: Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which will be released next February, is offered with the PC.
