Pokemon GO: 2020 Souvenir Challenge, Special Research, Galarian Meowth and Limonde, Genesect

In order to obtain a Galarian Meowth and Lemonde in Pokémon GO, a special research of the 2020 Souvenir Challenge has been launched! Be careful however, certain prerequisites are necessary in order to access this event.
The Memory Challenge isn’t quite over yet on Pokémon GO! In this latest Special Research, you’ll be able to meet Pokémon from the Unova region and even Galar!
Event Dates
The Galar Pokémon listed below and event bonuses will be available to all Trainers for a limited time: from Wednesday June 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. to Monday June 8, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
On the other hand, the 2020 Souvenir Challenge Celebration Special Study is available for life once unlocked.
Prerequisites and access
- If you have participated in and completed all four one-time Souvenir Challenges (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh), then you will be able to unlock the final Special Research.
- If you have not participated and completed all four Souvenir Challenges, you can still purchase a ticket (for a fee) from the in-game Store, in order to participate in the Special Research.
- Please note: Special event-related bonuses will be offered to all trainers (even those without access to the special study)
How to get Galarian Meowth and Lemonde?
Luckily, for a limited time, Galarian Lemonde will be available in the wild for all Trainers, while other Galarian Pokémon can be found in 7km Eggs!

Special Study Celebrating the 2020 Souvenir Challenge
By completing the 4 mission phases of this special research, you will gain direct access to Galarian Meowth, Galarian Lemonde, Genesect, and Professor Willow’s Glasses! In addition, trainers will be able to meet, among others: Vipélierre, Gruikui, Moustillon, Zébibron, Nanméouïe, Darumarond, and Scrutella as quest rewards.
