There are a total of 10 appearances of Quafarel in the license and on Pokémon GO. If in the previous games you had to leave your Quafarel at the groomer to have it change its hair, it is a completely different technique that you will have to use here. In reality, you will not be able to obtain all of Quafarel’s haircuts on Pokémon GO if you do not trade or if you do not travel abroad. Each change of form is only available in one place on the planet.

How to change the form of your Couafarel on Pokémon GO?
Once you’ve caught your Wild Forme Furukawa in the wild, you’ll need to use Pokémon GO’s new feature that lets you change the form of certain Pokémon.
To change the Couafarel Cup, you must:
- Select Couafarel from your Pokémon list,
- Click on the “Change Shape” button (this action will give you access to the list of Cuts available in your region),
- Select the desired Cut,
- This will cost you 25 Couafarel Candies and 10,000 Stardust.
