This new event on Pokémon GO allows you to catch a Shiny Queulorior if you’re lucky, but also a Shiny Mega Charmina or a Denticrisse for the first time in the game! Here are all the details of the Festival of Colors 2023.

This week is a brand new event on Pokémon GO called The Festival of Colors! This is not the first time it has been available on Niantic’s mobile game, but this 2023 edition promises some nice new features.

Festival of Colors: Dates, bonuses and shiny

  • The Festival of Colors takes place from Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 10 a.m. to Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 8 p.m.
  • Mega-Charmina will be available for the first time in Mega Raids (and available in shiny!)
  • Toothpick will also appear for the first time,
  • The Pokéstops will be colored,
  • THE Lure Modules activated during the event will last three hours.
  • Take a few pictures every day to get a meeting with Queulorior (available shiny!)
  • Friendship levels will increase twice as fast,
  • A Collection Challenge allows you to obtain 20,000 XP and a Decoy Module!
