This August’s Community Day invites you to discover Galar Zigzaton, the Raccoon Pokémon, at the heart of three hours of intensive meetings. Indeed, it will be featured this Saturday, August 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Niantic’s game, Pokémon GO. For a few years now, players of the mobile game have been entitled to a special day each month highlighting a particular Pokémon for a few hours. How to evolve Galarian Zigzagoon in Pokémon GO?
To evolve Galarian Zigzaton, you simply need candy. You don’t need any additional items.
- From Zigzaton of Galar to Lineon of Galar : 25 candies
- From Galar Linéon to Ixon : 100 candies
- Number of Galarian Zigzaton to catch (excluding x2 Community Day bonus): 42 (21 with Nanana berries)
Ixon (Obstagoon)’s exclusive attack at Community Day
The special feature of this event is that it allows you to obtain an exclusive attack by evolving the featured Pokémon into its final stage. As for Ixon, it will be able to learn Blocking from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Trainer Battle: 15 power and guaranteed to increase the user’s defense and lower the opponent’s.
- Arenas and Raids: 20 power
Zigzaton in shiny version
To finish this guide and allow you to have what you need, we will return to the shiny version of this family of Pokémon. Basically, they are all black and white, but In their chromatic form, they change from black/white to pink/blue. So remember to check the color of Galarian Zigzagoon when you start an encounter. Also, don’t forget the small icon that will be at the level of the Pokémon’s information bar also allowing you to check if the creature is shiny or not.
