Pokémon GO: What is a Hatching Day?

Hatching Day is the new type of event on Niantic’s popular game. The principle is similar to activities of this kind, except that this time, it is not the wild encounters or the field studies which will highlight a Pokémon, but rather the eggs. Be careful though, only 2 km eggs are concerned by these days. However, thanks to this, you will be able get a shiny more easily when hatching if the latter allows you to have the featured Pokémon. Rest assured, you will have a much better chance of coming across the creature headlining the event than the other monsters available in the list during an outbreak.

Now, let’s come to the Pokémon that is being brought to the forefront for This edition will take place on Sunday April 28 between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.. This is Mélo.

It can evolve into Melofy with 25 candies then into Melofable with 50 candies.

Pokémon GO Hatch Day: Event Bonuses and Research

For this event, we have a total of three bonuses that will be linked to eggs. Enough to allow you to collect a maximum of Stardust or 2 km eggs.

Moreover, a one-off study is available free of charge. By completing it, you will obtain a Super-Incubator. However, it will be necessary complete it before Sunday, April 28 at 5 p.m. since it is limited in time.
