The 11th season of PvP is coming to Pokémon GO and its schedule is quite busy. Events, cups and leagues await you with their lots of rewards. Let’s find out what’s in store for us until September.
How Pokémon GO Season 11 Leagues and Cups Work
If you’re not too familiar with PvP in Pokémon GO, here’s what you need to know. First off, battles take place in three against three. Each player can perform only one change manually during the fight. Each of you also has two shields used to block a charged attack.
As for how it works, you need to use a pass to participate in five fights. Once the five fights are done, you get rewards based on the number of victories you have had. The classic pass gives you rather common rewards while the premium one allows you to have better gifts. Also note that each league and each cup have their own rules in addition to the basic rules. Season 11 Leagues and Cups Schedule
Here is the full schedule of Leagues and Cups that await you for this eleventh season of combat. Each rotation begins at 10 p.m.
- from June 1 to 8: Super League and Super League – Remix
- from June 8 to 15: Hyper League and Catch Cup: GO Festival edition
- from June 15 to 22 : Master League and Fossil Cup
- from June 22 to 29 : Super League and Retro Cup
- from June 29 to July 6: Hyper League and Kanto Cup
- from July 6 to 13 : Super League, Hyper League and Master League
- from July 13 to 20: Super League and Vol Cup
- from July 20 to 27 : Hyper League and Youth Cup – Remix
- from July 27 to August 3 : Master League and Hisui Cup
- from August 3 to 10 : Super League and Element Cup
- from August 10 to 17 : Hyper League and Summer Cup
- from August 17 to 24: Super League and Combat Cup
- from August 24 to September 1 : Super League, Hyper League and Master League
Let’s now look at each league (or cup) in detail in order to best prepare for this new season.
Super League
- Pokémon must have at least 1,500 PC to participate.
Super League – Remix
- Pokémon must not not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
This version implements a ban system for the 20 most used Pokémon by players of rank Ace and above. Here they are below:
Hyper League
- Pokémon must not not exceed 2,500 PC to participate.
Master League
- No PC restriction for your Pokémon.
Catch Cup: GO Festival Edition
- Pokémon must not not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
- Only Pokémon caught during the GO Festival weekend are allowed. That is, they must be obtained between June 4 at 10 a.m. and June 5 at 6 p.m.
Retro Cut
- Pokémon must not not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
- Pokémon of type Fairy, Darkness And Steel are not allowed.
Kanto Cup
- Pokémon must not not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
- Only the Pokémon with a Pokedex number between 1 and 151 can participate.
Flight Cup
- Pokémon must not not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
- Only Pokémon from kind Flight are allowed.
Fossil Cup
- Pokémon must not not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
- The Pokémon of kind Water, Rock and Steel will be allowed.
Summer Cut
- Pokémon must nott not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
- Only Pokémon from tNormal type, Fire, Water, Plant, Electric And Insect will be allowed.
Combat Cup
- Pokémon must not not exceed 1,500 PC to participate.
- Only Pokémon from kind Fight will be allowed.
- The Pokémon of kind Psych are not allowed.
Youth Cup – Remix
- Pokémon must not not exceed 500 PC to participate.
- Only the Pokémon that can evolve and have never evolved yet are allowed.
Just like the Super League – Remix, the Youth Cup – Remix has its share of banned creatures.
List of GO Battle Events
Throughout the season, you will be able to take part in various events. For the moment, we only know of 3 of them, which we detail below.
- The Pokémon GO World Championships Event does not currently have any dates.
- Combat GO Weekend will take place from July 9 to 10, 2022.
- GO Combat Day: Ferosinge is happening Saturday, June 18.
GO Combat Day Details: Ferosinge
Although we don’t have a lot of information about the events, the one dedicated to Férosinge is detailed. During the latter, you will have different bonuses that you can find on the list below.
- Stardust x4 as a victory reward.
- The maximum number of series you can play per day increases from 5 to 20, for a total of 100 fights,
Also, since Férosinge is featured, you will have some surprises between 11am and 2pm.
- Ferosinge will be guaranteed to appear in encounters as a reward.
- In each series, the first reward for winning the basic circuit will be a match. The rest of the rewards, from the second to the fifth, remain unchanged.
- All Premium Circuit victory rewards will be encounters.
A one-off study will be available and will allow you to obtain:
- PXs
- A Super Candy
- Faïza Gloves
- An elite Charged Attack CT
To finish on this day, if under-done evolve a Ferosinge into a Colossinge, you can do it to him learn the charged attack Cross Strike.
Pokémon GO Season 11 Rewards
A season is often accompanied by rewards and if you are used to games offering a battle pass system, this is not particularly the case here.
