The beginning of 2024 brings you its share of events on Pokémon GO. We find in particular one called Shining Dream which highlights Fairy-type creatures like Jigglypuff, Dedenne or Spododo. It’s also the perfect opportunity to get shiny Bombydou!
2024 is starting off in style with many events on Pokémon GO such as the Classic Community Day which put the spotlight on Porygon or the one we are returning to today.
Pokémon GO Glittering Dream: Event Details and Bonuses
In “Sparkling Dream”, many Fairy-Type Pokémon will brighten up your days. They will appear in the wild, in eggs, and in field research phase rewards. All will be accompanied by a Collection Challenge as well as a paid one-time research. In addition, Bonbydou will be obtainable in his chromatic form for the first time in the game.
Some bonuses will also be present during the event having thefrom Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 10 a.m. to Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 8 p.m.. Here they are:
- 2x Stardust from catching Pokémon.
- Pokémon Hatching Stardust x2.
- Bombydou hatching from eggs will have a higher chance of being shiny than those encountered in the wild.
