The “Glistening Greenery” event is coming to Pokémon GO this August. On the program, many Fairy, Grass or Insect-type Pokémon await you to accompany the debut of Chlorobule and shiny Fragilady.
As Pokémon GO Fest 2023 begins, players around the world who can’t make it to the various locations where it’s taking place can take part in a new event on Pokémon GO.
Pokémon GO Sparkling Greenery: Event Details
To accompany the start of Pokémon GO Fest, Niantic is offering us an event highlighting creatures close to nature as well as fairy beings. This one is called Shimmering Greenery and it will take place from Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 10 a.m. to Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 8 p.m.This will be an opportunity for you to discover for the first time two new shiny ones coming straight from the fifth generation.
- Start of Chlorobule and Fragilady in their chromatic form.
As with any event, it is also possible to take advantage of bonuses that you will find below.
- Halved distance to gain hearts with your Buddy Pokémon
- More chances to earn XL Candy when walking with your Buddy Pokémon
- Pokémon Hatch Candy x1.5
- Pokémon Hatching Stardust x1.5
- August 5th : Chlorobule will appear more often in parks.
- August 6 : Cacnea will appear more frequently in the parks.
- August 7th : Mystherbe will be more often present in the wild in parks.
- August 8 : Grainipiot will be more likely to appear in the wild in parks.
Pokémon GO Sparkling Garden: Spot Study Details
The one-time study of the event will be available during the period that the latter. It will therefore not be possible to continue it afterwards, so here is the information that we have available to prepare you well. It consists of a single stage in which you will have to succeed in 5 missions which are as follows:
- Explore 5 km : Meeting with Chlorobule.
- Hatch 2 Eggs : Meeting with Smogogo from Galar.
- Spin 25 PokéStops : Meeting with Cocotine.
- Catch 50 Grass-type Pokémon : Meet Noadkoko from Alola.
- Win 15 hearts with your boyfriend : Meeting with Mimantis.
Once these challenges are completed, you will be able to receive the final rewards which are as follows:
- 50 Mega Energy for Venusaur
- 50 Mega Energy for Scarabrute
- 50 Mega-Energy for Dardagnan
