The best trainers on the continent are in Berlin for the Pokemon International Championships EU 2019. Played in ultra-series, the VGC Master competition is the theater where the most effective Pokemon of the moment compete. We have drawn up a list of the must-haves of the metagame on site!

The EU International Championships in Berlin bring together the best of the best VGC trainers in the Master category. In a very open format where almost all moves (i.e. Pokemon and items) are allowed, the metagame of professional players quickly settles around a few key Pokemon.

Here is the list! Feel free to use it to build your own team and win your duels on Pokemon USUL

Infernocat

Probably THE most popular Pokemon of these VGC Masters in Berlin! Incineroar is getting back on its feet and is proving to be a talented attacker in the meta.

Xerneas

Geo-control is one of the most relevant signature attacks at present.

Kyogre

A very versatile Pokemon, which once evolved into Primo can effectively break the enemy’s defenses.

Rayquaza

Rayquaza needs no introduction. Highly relevant offensive stats, coupled with a movepool of the most incisive.

Tokopiyon

It will be able to boost Psy attacks.

Tokopisco

A very good defensive Pokemon, which still seems to be positioned advantageously in the meta today!

Groudon

Groudon Primo will have the good taste to self-protect against water attacks. Which makes its Movepool reliable and aggressive.

Ectoplasma

Very fast, Gengar in Mega form has the power to prevent switching. It can therefore assassinate an opposing Pokemon without too much difficulty.

Gaulet

A Pokémon that turns out to be really solid in the meta!

Drattak

Drattak has the advantage of having the coveted Intimidate skill. In addition, his stats are excellent.
