In this new Zelda TotK puzzle, you will have to figure out where to put the balls in “the antipodean circles”. The hardest part will then be finding the hidden chest in the Qyoq Goni sanctuary. Find our complete written and video guide to help you.

No shrine quest this time in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom but Qyoq Goni is nevertheless well hidden! Here’s where to find him exactly on the Hyrule map and how to complete him. Find the video walkthrough at the top of the article as well as the written and illustrated version below.

Where to find the Qyoq Goni sanctuary?

This shrine is not visible on the surface when gliding with your parasail. You will need to find it at the bottom of the Prelude Plateau Cave, below and to the left of the Prelude Chasm. Aim for the south of Hyrule Fields from the Hyrule Field Tower.

The entrance to the cave is blocked by several layers of rock: use bomb flowers, Yunobo’s power or a rock mallet. You will have to break others once inside and eliminate a few Trogloblins. Don’t forget to collect your Elusis Crystal.

How to complete it?

  • There is only one large room available to you in this sanctuary: you must place the 4 metal balls in the correct holes on the ground,
  • The answer is right before your eyes: raise your head to the ceiling to see green circles appear corresponding exactly to the locations where you must place the balls,
  • Once the riddle is completed, the large gate will open,
  • Don’t leave just yet because the chest is in the final room,
  • It is behind a small gate to the right of the end of the sanctuary,
  • Take the small ball and take it to the left of the sanctuary,
  • Use Grip to locate a highlighted slab on the floor: you can remove it to free up a hole,
  • Put the ball in this new hole and the chest is yours!
