Black Myth: Wukong likes to have you collect shady items with religious connotations, like Buddha eyes and Skandhas. He never tells you where to find more, or what they’ll be used for. So we’re going to fix that.
What are Skandhas used for?
You need to collect 4 Skandhas during the first chapters of Black Myth Wukong, in order to make an optional boss appear in chapter 6, who will leave you the last Skandha. Once you have all 5 Skandhas in your possession, you can exchange them for a special pill that will increase all your characteristics.
Chapter 1: Skandha of Disciplines
In the Wolf Forest, starting from the altar outside the forest, you will find a stone Buddha head on the ground. You can simply extract the Skandha. It is located a little before the very first boss of the game, the Bull Guard.
Chapter 2: Skanda of Feelings
This second Skandha will require quite a bit of effort from you. Start by collecting the 6 Buddha Eyes in the area, in order to summon the boss Shindangangin the Stone Vanguard boss arena. Upon death, he will drop this item as a reward.

Then, follow the path, until you see a baboon who will flee when he sees you. All you have to do is plunder the Skandha on the Buddha’s head.

Chapter 6: Skandha of Consciousness
After unlocking the ability to fly on the cloud, head to the Altar of the Verdant Path. Go to the far left of the area, into a rocky and barren canyon, which is right across from the story-related waterfall cave. You will encounter the boss Son of Stones a little before.
If you have the other 4 Skandhas, then the giant boss Shingandang will appear. He looks impressive, and he can kill you with a well-placed blow. But he is actually very easy to defeat. Stay right in front of him, just out of range of his arms. Wait for his arms to come to a stop in the center of the area, after several rounds of blows. Your goal is to go and break all the blue crystals on the arm to your right. Once all the crystals are broken, move away, while preparing to avoid a series of shockwaves by dodging or jumping.
Once the boss is dead, climb up the right arm, to trigger a cutscene with the baboon. You will get the last Skandha automatically.
