In Star Wars Outlaws, you play as Kay Vess, a young scoundrel who still has a lot to learn but knows how to surround herself with the best. As a major progression system, you will then have to regularly find Experts in the galaxy in order to unlock new skills. Whether for combat, to improve your speeder or to obtain practical tools, it is essential to find all the Experts and recruit them. Here’s how to do it with The Bartender.
Bartender’s Abilities
To unlock new skills, you will not only need to find the Expert in the open world and complete his special quest, but also complete challenges for each ability. As for Bram, the Bartender, here are the missions to complete for each skill.
Fight
- Bonus : Allows Kay to perform melee attacks by pressing square, L3 + square. Press multiple times to chain hits.
- Basic capacity
Lock picking
- Bonus : Kay will be able to open a variety of doors and containers by successfully completing the lockpicking minigame. Press R3 when facing a lock to begin lockpicking.
- Basic capacity
Bullshit
- Bonus : Allows Kay to quickly react to nearby alerted enemies and delay their reaction. Press R3 when prompted to briefly distract the alerted enemy.
- Challenge 1 : Use Neutralize 3 times on distracted enemies (must use Nix)
- Challenge 2 : Defeat 5 enemies in close combat
Keep talking
- Bonus : Allows “Baratin” to affect all nearby enemies. Press the right trigger when prompted to briefly distract all enemies in a medium radius.
- Challenge : Eliminate enemies affected by the bullshit using the stun shot
Armored bodysuit
- Bonus : increases Kay’s maximum health
- Challenge 1 : Find 1 Iron Mail – Can be purchased from Nix’s Treasure Buyer in Mirogana.
- Challenge 2 : Find 1 Starburst – Found from merchants and survivalists.
I know someone
- Bonus : Unlocks the ability to view and respond to personal requests. Find merchants in the Requests category to find new opportunities.
- Challenge 1 : Meet 6 different merchants
- Challenge 2 : Spend 1000 credits at merchants
Where to find the Barman?
Unlike all the other Experts, you don’t need to look for Bram since he is the first character you meet in the main story. A true mentor and friend, the bartender helps you hide from the Imperials and taught you everything he knows.
