This is a mission that should help you greatly, especially if you want to acquire ancient relics from Breath of the Wild. Find a video walkthrough above as well as the written and illustrated version of the guide below.

Unlock the quest “The Treasure of the Gerudo Desert”

When you have completed Riju’s main quest from Gerudo City with the Lightning Temple, return to the City and go up the throne room to talk to the new Lightning Sage. She will have a quest for you called “The Treasure of the Gerudo Desert”. Note that this has nothing to do with the famous Seven Jeweled Scimitar that you can obtain.

Riju will then give you a enigma (still) that you will have to solve to find a chest containing a very practical reward.

Heading south with your paraglider from the Tower, you will quickly see big bones in the sand : This is your landing point. Once there, eliminate the Electric Like and then locate the small hole on the ground. There is rock underneath that you can break with a bomb or a mallet (weapon + rock). Then drop into the cave to discover the Underground Ruins of the West.

Once inside, you will have to follow the direction pointed by the different warrior statues in the room. Equip yourself with a large quantity of bomb flowers, stone mallets or even the power of Yunobo because you will have to break many layers of rock.

Start on the right until you come across another statue. Continue digging in front of it until you come across a grid and then go around this grid. Then come back a little to the left to go around the grid. You will quickly come across the chest containing the Divine Helm of Naboris. Its effect is practical since it is theanti-electricity.
