The Missing Empress Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Where to find Selmie to complete the mission?

The Missing Empress: Mission Begins
This side mission is obtained at Selmie Chaletin the Hebra region, west of the Urban Meadow Tower. When you want to enter the cottage to find some warmth, you will come across Russel. This is the apprentice of Selmie, the famous Empress of the slide. Missing, Russel is worried about her and will ask you to go and look for her in the frozen meadow of Erlem.
As you leave the chalet, go right and locate two big flags in the distance: cross them and go down the snow track until you come across a smoke signal. Don’t hesitate to use shield surfing to go faster. You will then come across FinnSelmie’s second apprentice, who lost track of him.
Where to find Selmie?
From Finn’s Campfire, go straight and jump off the cliff to spot a crystal blue rabbit. It will show you the entrance to a cave if you follow him. It is in this cavity that Selmie is! She will ask you to break the rocks at the bottom of the cave (use a bomb, a stony mallet or Yunobo’s power and come back to talk to her).
You will then have to go and talk to her again so that she leaves and gives you an appointment at the chalet. By returning there, you will get your reward, a Soneau shield.
