As the Lunar New Year 2021 event is in full swing on Pokémon GO, Niantic has just revealed details for Valentine’s Day.
The event will take place from Sunday February 14 2021, at 1:00 PM, to Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 8:00 PM (local time). This is therefore a very short event and here is how to enjoy it:
What not to miss during the 2021 Valentine’s Day event on Pokémon GO
- Munna and Mushana will be making their debut in the game! Munna will appear in the wild and will need to be used with a Unova Stone to evolve into Mushana!
- Some field studies will allow you to capture a Spinda with the Heart pattern!
- Also don’t miss the free box containing 3 Remote Raid Passes.
- New clothes will be available in the Fashion Boutique and new stickers in Gifts.
- Receive five Silver Nanana Berries, a Lucky Egg, and an Incubator if you complete the event’s Collection Challenge.
- In addition to Munna and Mushana, other Pokémon will appear more often in the wild, Raids, or Eggs. Here is the list:

- Increased chances of becoming Lucky Friends
