The company says the breach did not disrupt operations and isn't expected to have a material financial impact.

An extortion group calling itself ExfilSquad claimed on July 26, 2026 to have stolen 570,000 customer records containing PII and home addresses.

ADI hasn't confirmed the ExfilSquad claim is related to the June intrusion — it calls it a separate matter still being assessed.

ExfilSquad made the same kind of claim against Allstate the same week, alleging 657,000 records stolen.
