A Gigabyte RTX 5060 Eagle OC jumped from roughly $400 to about $475 in China in 2-3 days — a ~16%, $75 increase.

The cause is GDDR6/GDDR7 memory chip costs, up roughly $19-20 per module industry-wide.

For an 8GB card, that's about $75 in raw added memory cost before tax, shipping, or retailer margin.

So far the hike is confirmed only on China distributor sheets — no matching move from Nvidia's US or European partners yet.

US street prices for the RTX 5060 already sit around $350-370, well above its $299 launch MSRP.
