Good evening, personally I noticed in my game that the white dragon appeared around 11:30 p.m. or a little later on the celestial island of the prelude, for me, I just waited because it was on the side of the celestial Archipelago of Necluda west, so a little far and then I jumped because I noticed that it was getting close enough so that with 1 bar of endurance and 3/4 of the 2nd with the power of Babil, I could reach it, on the right side, at the very top of the awakening chamber, where there is the hidden sanctuary thanks to the gear directly in the room, after the 12 tears on the other hand I did not see it anymore, hoping that this helps, have a good day to all those who read this
