In Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, some mysteries seem to be unsolvable and the Flower Circle is one of them unless one considers that its only use is the right one.
The Mystery of the Floral Circle at Cocorico Village
When you first arrive at Cocorico Village and visit the various shops in the area, you will probably notice a standoutdoors, with several flower crowns. By contacting the shopkeeper Coconoathis one will sell you a garland for only 5 rubies. Be careful, she only starts selling from 9:30 am.
And if you’ve never seen one, here’s exactly where to find one:
Once you have purchased your flower crown, it will be placed on the stand and you can pick it up with “A” and wear it. It is impossible to put it in your inventory but you can use Amalgam to decorate your shield in order to carry it easily. And if you want to remove it, you will have to go to the stand in the Village of Euzéro which allows you to dissolve two elements combined together for 20 rubies.
The uses of the Floral Circle discovered so far
The mystery is still unsolved. Even on Reddit, people haven’t figured out what these pretty flower crowns are really for. Some have tried a few options, but none of them seem to be the real use of the flower circlet:
- It is possible to use Amalgam on a floral circle to adorn a shield or a weapon: it’s pretty but it’s not much use,
- You can unlock a secret dialogue. By going to Gerudo City, you can attend the evening class (starting at 9:00 p.m.) with Azahl who teaches the good manners of love to Gerudo women. Ask her to attend her class several times in a row. You will have to help Etrevis by putting on a Mask to hide your face. You will then have to help Pavah by concocting a Vaï Meets Voï (x1 coconut + 1 glagla melon + 1 volt fruit + 1 salt crystal). And finally, you will have to help Deflam who has lost faith in her destiny. She will see your shield adorned with a flower crown and will then regain confidence!
Players continue to search tirelessly (by the way, feel free to share your own experiences in the comments) but, unfortunately, the flower crown cannot even be used to decorate Link’s dream house to put it on the door for example like in Animal Crossing New Horizons.
