Here’s a new Zelda Tears of the Kingdom side quest that’s among the rumors for Penn of the Gazette to complete. Check out the video above and the written version of this short story In Search of Truth in a Relay.
Runaway Goats: Getting the Rumor
This quest is part of the 12 investigations that you must complete with Penn in order to complete “In Search of Truth” in the Gazette des Bois and obtain the rewards. You will find it at Tabanta Bridge Relayin the Hyrule Hills, southwest of Mount Labulat Tower. The nearest shrine is Maqlu Qisa.
Once there, you will find Penn outside, in an empty pen to the left of the relay. He speaks with Chuck, a farmer desperate to have lost his goats but especially the recipe given by Zelda.
Where to find the goats and the recipe?
This time, Link will have to act like Tom Thumb and follow the trail of the Goats who have simply left behind Hyrule pine cones ! The fruits are small but you can easily spot them thanks to their typical tinkling sound of an object that can be picked up. Don’t be surprised, the path to the goats is particularly long and you will have to walk for a good minute, picking up pine cones, before you come across them.
Pick up the glass bottle which contains the recipe for Chuck to appear at your side and that this ends the investigation with Penn. As a reminder, pine cones, if they are ignited, can generate a large air current to fly away with the paraglider!
