Beelink SEi14, its first Mini-PC with Intel Meteor Lake

Beelink SEi14 is the new compact computer from the Chinese manufacturer and stands out for being the first to use the new generation of Intel processors, the Meteor Lake.

The manufacturer is one of those with the largest supply of Mini-PCs in the Western market and in Spain you have in amazon dozens of different versions with Intel or AMD hardware of all kinds and prices for all audiences, generally very competitive. An example is the Beelink Mini S12 Pro with Alder Lake N100 CPU, 16 GB of RAM, 500 GB SSD and good connectivity on sale for only 199 euros.

Beelink SEi14, now with Meteor Lake

The producer debuts with the latest generation of Intel processorsthe Meteor Lake for laptops that are ideal in compact like the one in question due to its low consumption and integration as it is manufactured in 7 nm processes. The version chosen for this model is the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H with 14 cores (4 for performance) with a maximum frequency of up to 4.5 GHz. The CPU includes an integrated Intel Arc graphics with dynamic frequency of up to 2.2 GHz and – like this entire generation of Intel – an NPU to accelerate artificial intelligence tasks .

The SEi14 is equipped with two SO-DIMM slots for RAM memory, where up to 96 GB of dual-channel DDR5 5600 memory can be equipped. For internal storage, it has a double M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 connector to install 8 Tbyte solid state drives.

With a visually attractive chassis and with contained dimensions of 135 x 135 x 45 mm, it offers good connectivity with the following ports distributed between the rear and front:

  • 1 x Thunderbolt 4 (40Gbps)
  • 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (10Gbps)
  • 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A (10 Gbps)
  • 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A (480 Mbps)
  • 1 x HDMI 2.1
  • 1 x DisplayPort 1.4a
  • 1 x 2.5GbE LAN
  • 1 x 3.5mm audio
  • 1 x DC power input (19V/6.32A)

The device also includes an Intel AXx200 card to provide it with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless connectors. The Beelink SEi14 can now be reserved in China and we hope to see it soon in the international market, through platforms such as Alieexpress or Amazon itself, which sells the entire manufacturer’s catalog. The barebone version, where the user puts their own memory and storage, is priced at 370 dollars to change. Not bad to access the latest from Intel. You can use Windows 10/11 or any Linux distribution because Intel supports them.
