Carmila launches the initiative, Sale up, within its Innovation Hub program

Carmila, owner and manager of 75 shopping centers in Spain, has launched the program «Carmila Innovation Hub«, aimed at incubating and assisting entrepreneurial projects for the Spanish market. Thus, the company offers facilities for launching this type of projects through pop-up formats with flexible durations, advice for carrying out administrative procedures and procedures, and support in marketing plans for the dissemination of the business.

For all this, the company has also provided, in its Alcobendas offices, a collaborative space, as well as other headquarters services and access to the Carmila Retail Academy, with the aim of supporting these new businesses and their revitalization in the retail sector.

The initiative has been launched within the Carmila Innovation Hub Sale Up! together with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, an expert in training and entrepreneurship

This program, which will begin with the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, will provide training, advice and support to entrepreneurs who have a project in the retail sector. In this way, both entities reinforce their relationship and commitment to promoting recently created projects in the sector. A proposal that also seeks to facilitate the start-up and growth of businesses in Carmila shopping centers.

Sale Up is aimed at entrepreneurs with a business idea or a project already in operation in the initial phase, and will give access to a training, training, advice and support plan for these retail projects, helping entrepreneurs to successfully face and overcome the challenges of physical commerce . Once the phase of training, the program continues with mentoring based on advice and help to improve each business plan. In a later phase, support is provided for the search for the most appropriate financing, through investors and microcredits, and finally the start-up of the business is carried out through a proof of concept.

In addition to the program, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the collaborative space and part of the Carmila headquarters facilities, as well as access to the Carmila Retail Academy and exclusive events.

Upon completion of this program, which lasts 40 hours and is divided into 8 modulesa multitude of facilities are offered to make the launch of projects more comfortable: pop-up contracts with flexible durations, help with administrative procedures and procedures, marketing plans for the correct dissemination of the projects and support in the plan of omnichannel, among others.
