Arc B580 (12GB GDDR6): $249 MSRP, now selling for roughly $303-310, with 456 GB/s of bandwidth.

RX 9060 XT 16GB (GDDR6): $349 MSRP, now roughly $423-459, with 322 GB/s of bandwidth.

RTX 5060 Ti 16GB (GDDR7): $429 MSRP, now roughly $570-589, with 448 GB/s of bandwidth — the fastest memory of the three.

The RTX 5060 Ti 16GB has both more VRAM headroom over the Arc card and the strongest bandwidth, but Intel's card is still the cheapest way into double-digit VRAM.

Software maturity, not raw specs, ends up being the real deciding factor between the AMD and Intel cards.

The RTX 5060 Ti 16GB is the one I'd actually buy. It costs about 27% more than the RX 9060 XT 16GB and roughly 90% more than the Arc B580, but CUDA support means every local-AI tool — Ollama, LM…
